ORDERS WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM AND GERMANY

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, as of orders placed before 17:00 o'clock the shipment will be released the same day. If you have chosen or will choose to shape your lamp by us the delivery time will be 1 or 2 business days longer.

In some cases, the estimated delivery time may not be feasible, because, for example, a product is not in stock. You can find the stock information on the product pages. If for what reason your shipment is delayed, we will always inform you timely.

Shipment within the Netherlands will be done with DHL. You can choose between home delivery or delivery at a DHL pick-up point. After we’ve shipped your order, you will receive a track & trace code from us, by which you can easily track your order. If you’re not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be offered at your home the next day, or it will be delivered at a pick-up point in your neighbourhood. Of course, you will receive a notification and after this, you can pick up your package at the DHL pick-up point. Please note that by picking up the package, a valid ID can be asked for. Because the status of the shipment will be adjusted in the track & trace system, everything will be transparent for you.

We provide free shipping with an order value of €30 or more for the Netherlands. The United Kingdom is free shipping with an order value of €50

Shipment within countries in Europe will be made with DHL. After we’ve shipped your order, you will receive a track & trace code from us, by which you can easily track your order. Of course, you will receive a notification and after this, you can pick up your package at a later time at the DHL pick-up point. PLEASE NOTE: however we will do everything in our power to clear your products through Customs in your country, LEDR cannot be held responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs fees.
